Then swab the inside of the pedal send it to the lab for testing in a week or two they'll be able to tell you.

If you find a tab of acid in there take it.
The further back you trip the older it is. If its a bad trip then you know its from the 80's.

UPDATE. Bought a couple of Sprague NOS Vitamin Q caps... they are going to upgrade my Fenders, The ****** and the Washburn WI-64... I'm also thinking of changing the pots of the Fenders to 330k or 500k and let them be modified to have an out of phase option in the middle position...

Selling BOSS FW-3. I live in Brazil, mind you, so prepare yourself for $30-ish for shipping and waiting. Local pickup available, along with beautiful beaches and cheap bitches.

So I pimped my ****** and the Washburn with 0,033's... I wanted 0,022's, but they were sold out - thing is, the tone pots get a more useable range - you get that vintage rolled off highs sound you know from old brit blues bands like Cream... or a really good stoner rock sound... I still think I'd probably would have been even happier with 0,015's also for the P-90s as they roll off less highs and the tone would be useable completely rolled off, too - so I go just until 5, below that it's too muffled, except probably with some fuzz boxes... until 5 the sound loses some highs but it is retaining all other frequencies - it still sounds open in a way - you can get wah wah sounds out of your guitar when struggling your tone pot, too - the reaction is much more musical and - yes, better... I didn't think that it would make such a difference!!!

On Tuesday the Fenders get their new caps, I'm going to get 500k pots to make the p'ups brighter and with those also a bit brighter Sprague 0,015 caps I think they should sound useable either on 10 and on 0 on the tone pot...

New plans:

I want to integrate my Polychorus into my electric rig... will probably sit in the same loop (sitting on the amp) as my Filter Pro and my Tube King, dunno how to do that at the moment, but I'm sure I'll find a way...

So there is room on my acoustic board - I plan to put a Black Finger compressor there... Any thoughts??? Suggestions are welcome!!!

UPDATE

There is a Black Finger compressor on my acoustic board... Nice addition! Enhances the sound of my amplified Blueridge quite well! Subtle, but very natural and musical...

Next plans: selling a couple of gear things... my old (trusty but dull sounding) Ovation, my totally ****ed up old Peavey Predator body, probably my Zoom Ultra Fuzz (I'm GASing for a Vextron Mastotron and a Swollen Pickle... oh yes AND an EHX English Muff'n), my SD '59/JB4 set... on April 11th is musicians flea market near where I live

As it ALWAYS is I'm GASing for different pedals now... going to try a Holy Stain - weird pedal!!! Still want a Swollen Pickle... *rolleyes*

If you decide to get rid of your Superfuzz, you should let me know because I may be interested in buying it.
