RE-re-post of my rig

So I just completely rebuilt me rig, and wanna document it

--GUITARS--

For originals/ covers that fall within these tunings:
1) ESP Standard Series Horizon FR-II (EMG 85-X in bridge/neck, EMG Afterburner, single volume pot, tuned to Drop D) Most originals written in Drop D

2) ESP SV Black w/ white bevels (EMG 85-X in bridge/neck, tuned to Drop C)

3) ESP LTD SC-607B. 2X EMG 81-7. Tuned to Open C Maj. and Open B Maj.

4) Schecter Blackjack C-8 ATX. Tuned low B to High A (I ****ING LOVE THIS GUITAR!!)

For (only) covers:
1) Schecter Solo-6 classic, stock. Tuned E, Drop D(lighter songs, metal Drop D tunes are the Horizons business) Drop Db

3) Jackson DKMG, 2X EMG 85-X, rest stock. C standard

Songs that we have covered:
Seek and Destroy- Metallica
Crazy Train - Ozzy
Everlong - Foo Fighters
Contractor - Lamb of God
Omerta - Lamb of God
Bleed the Light - Rob Chapman
Demons - Darkest Hour
Deliver Us - Darkest Hour
Sound the Surrender - Darkest Hour
Everything Expires - The Kris Norris Projekt
Pestilence - The Faceless
Were Not Gonna Fall - Children of Bodom
Are you Dead Yet - Children of Bodom
Clayman - In Flames
Duncan Hills Coffee - Dethklok (lulz are had)
Thunderhorse - Dethklok
Detox - Strapping Young Lad
Wrong Side - Strapping Young Lad

Amps-
This may upset some people, but I have shifted from Mesa Boogie to Peavey. I know this sounds like a step backward, but the crushing tone of the Peaveys fits better with my main band, my solo material is still being recorded with my Roadster and Mark V

So I am now using a Peavey 3120 and 6505+
The cleans are all 3120
Rhythme is a fairly scooped 6505+ and the 3120 cutting through more, depending on song I use either or both
Leads are more 6505+ with the 3120 filling in the sound a little

Rig-

Wireless to pedalboard

A/B Pedal
[A]
Ernie Ball volume pedal
Korg Pitchblack tuner
Ibanez weeping demon wah
-front of GCX-
Loop 1) Maxon OD9 Pro
Loop 2) Maxon OD808
Loop 3) ISP Decimator
Loop 4) MXR 10 band EQ
Loop 5) Peavey 3120
Loop 6) Peavey 6505+
Loop 7) G Force, left
Loop 8) G Force, right

[B] (backup/quick-move rig)

Digitech GSP1101
Carvin tube poweramp

Cabs-

Two Basson 412's (One black (6505+), one grey(3120)
Two Basson 212's (One black, one grey) Stereo for the Digitech

I am REALLY loving this new rig
Its not the same as the Mesa rig, but not bad, just different.
Especially the addition of a backup rig is awesome. I've already had to use it twice (once because of a blown tube, the other was a bad cable that was present from being to lazy to use good cables while wiring the new rig)

Welcome to the dark side, there's just nothing as pissed off sounding as a Peavey.

How are those 3120s, btw? And nice rig!

EXTREMELY good

Amazing Cleans
And the EL34s give it a different sound than I'm used to (always used 6l6s)
