From the way you describe him I wouldn't mind offending him, it sounds like he deserves it. Plus, it doesn't seem like you have that high of an opinion about any of your bandmates, perhaps you should start fresh.

2 pieces of advice. It's free, so don't knock it.

(1) If you want to be the boss, you might want own the PA and the practice space.

(2) A band is like a (choose your metaphor) team, family, troop, club, corporation, chain gang, or whatever cliché works for you. If everyone were equally suited to one aspect of the art, you wouldn't need them at all. But, usually, you need individuals for their respective strengths -- sluts and all.

Have sex with the slutty female vocalist until continued practice becomes awkward, then quit citing it as an excuse.

Or just quit.

Dude, the way youre painting this picture, I would kick you out immediately. I don't blame your bandmate for constantly calling you. If you're in a band and plan on being tight and generally good, then you have to practice. Thats just how it goes, man.

If you could work with any of them then opt for the J Mascis method:

1) Announce to the band that it's breaking up.

2) Reform band with members you want to work with.

3) When ousted members complain, have a heart-to-heart with them so that they think they're still in the band.

4) Don't tell ousted members when you have practice or a gig.

I used to play rythm guitar, and sing lead vocals for a band... They liked pop-punk/emo so our music leaned toward that sound. I didn't show up for any gigs we scheduled and eventually we disbanded. You can try that.....
